Registration is an important step that must be done prior to extended abstracts submission or payment (if any).
Online registration prior to conference will also considerably reduce time you need to spend for registration at conference inauguration

Early Bird Registration (Until 7 Oct 2022): Deduce 20% from all above fees in table
Student Registration (Student=registered in a postgrad program & age < 35): Deduce 50% from all above fees in table (Non-cumulative with Early Bird or 1 day flat rate)
Waiver You may be exempted from conference fees if this was explicitely stated in your invitation letter from Conference

Fees include:

Conference booklet + Extended abstracts in electronic form + conference bag
Lunch + coffee break for all days
Banquet (Gala Dinner) {Accompanying persons for the banquet need an extra ticket of 800 EGP per person}
A certificate of Attendance (for either in person or online participants) + a Certificate of Presentation of a paper if this applies to the participant
Abstracts, if applicable, will be made freely available online through conference website
