  • Outlines
Contents offered aim at providing a deep understanding of issues to energy transfer and conversion from one form to another. It builds basic skills required to understand energy systems, analyze and eventually optimize them.
Contents are offered in the form of a large number of small modules, covering a wide spectrum of issues related to thermodynamics. This includes thermodynamic systems, thermodynamic properties, thermodynamic laws, thermodynamic processes and cycles, energy and exergy, thermodynamic equilibrium, thermochemistry, statistical thermodynamics, . A typical course may contain only a subset of offered modules, depending on specific objectives to be fulfilled in any given program.
Depending on their nature, contents can also be classified into video lectures, video worked examples, problems, quizzes and suggested activities such as experiments or projects.
This ambitious project is not yet fully implemented, it will be gradually enriched.
